Rebecca "Becky" Joan Bowman passed peacefully on August 18, 2016 surrounded by her family.

Becky is survived by her husband of 52 years, David A. Bowman; her daughters Cheri Bowman and Belinda Gregory, her son Scott (Cheryl) Bowman; 6 grandchildren, Luis Aubrey Bowman, Mollyanna Belle Hanson, Gabriel Russell Hanson, Elizabeth Maelee Hanson, Brittany Nicole Kiehne and Kayla Lynn Phillips; 1 great grandchild, Aubrey Leigh Bowman. She was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert Oscar and Bessie (nee Martin) Scott, her daughter, Lori Marie Hanson, her sister, Marybelle Scott Harris and her grandson, Robbie David Hanson.

A member of the Eastern Star, Becky was blessed with two careers she loved. As a licensed cosmetologist Becky was a great hairdresser and used her cooking skills to be an amazing caterer. Becky loved butterflies, birds and flowers, as you see these beautiful creatures know that she is thinking of you.

The visitation will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri on Sunday August 21, 2016 from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm. The funeral services will be held on Monday, August 22, 2016 at 10:00 am at Newcomer Funeral Home with Minister Jack Harris officiating. Interment will follow in Troy City Cemetery, Troy, Missouri.

Memorials may be made in memory of Becky to the Wildlife Rescue Center 1128 New Ballwin Road, Ballwin, MO 63021.
