Dorothy Jean Stenzinger, age 80, of O'Fallon, Missouri passed away on Saturday, December 24, 2016 in Lake Saint Louis, Missouri.

Dottie is survived by her husband Harold W. Stenzinger; her son Tim (Kristine) Stenzinger; her daughter Jean Stenzinger; her granddaughter Kimberly Baker and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Roy and Hannah (nee Joeckel) Mintman; three brothers Irving Mintman, Chester Mintman and Raymond Mintman.

Dot and Hal were married April 28, 1962 and remained happily married for 54 years. She was a devoted wife and mother of two fine children. Dorothy loved many styles of music and also enjoyed drawing and painting. As a caring and loving person who enjoyed the company of friends and relatives, Dottie always made everyone feel welcome and at home.

Funeral Services will be 12:30 pm Thursday, December 29, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until 12:30 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home. Interment will be in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.

Memorials are suggested for Canavan Research of Illinois P.O. Box 5823 Buffalo Grove, Illinois 60089 and will be accepted at Newcomer Funeral Home. Memorials will be in honor of Dorothy's little buddy Tommy, who suffers from this rare and debilitating disease.
