Rose Mary Hurley, age 76, of Saint Peters, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 in St. Charles, Missouri. She was born in Torch, Missouri on December 2, 1940 to Arley and Vernon Hudson (nee Odom). Rose Mary played basketball in high school, and later loved playing softball in leagues around the St. Louis area. She and James A. "Jim" Hurley were united in marriage on June 10, 1961 in St. Louis and to this union two sons were born. Rose Mary was a member of Morning Star Church and retired as an Interior Design Administrator.

Survivors include her Husband, James "Jim" Arlen Hurley of Saint Peters, MO; a Son, James "Jim" (Terri) Hurley of St. Louis, MO; Granddaughters Lauren and Lindsey Hurley; Sister, Linda (Stephen) Greer of O'Fallon, MO, Sister, Mollie Hudson of Little Rock, AR, Sister, Carol (late Frank) Dobnikar of Birmingham, AL, Brother, Don (Gloria) Hudson of St. Louis, MO, Brother, Gerald Hudson of Doniphan, MO, and numerous other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her Son, Michael Keith Hurley; her parents Arley and Vernon Hudson; a Brother, Arley Hudson, Jr.; and a Sister, Bobbie (late Elmer) Choate.

Funeral Services will be 10:00 am Saturday, February 11, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376 with Rev. Robert Thompson officiating. Visitation will be Friday evening from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home. Interment will be at St. Charles Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation or the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
