Todd C. Westergaard, 49, of St Peters, Mo. passed away Wednesday, April 19, 2017 in St Louis, Missouri. Todd was born in St. Louis, Missouri on November 28, 1967. In Todd's younger days he was a member of Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, youth baseball, youth football (playing 5 years St. Peters Junior Football), attended Francis Howell High School where he played football & wrestled. Todd was also an amazing artist.

He is survived by his father, Kenneth (Billy) A. Westergaard Jr., stepfather, Raymond C. Dewell Jr., brother, Mark A. Westergaard, dearest half-brother of Heather (Richard) Dewell-Mesey, Keith Westergaard, & Demi Westergaard, niece, Keleigh Westergaard, nephews Chance & Isaac Dewell-Mesey, & many aunts, uncles, cousins, & friends.

Todd was preceded in death by his mother, Carol J. Dewell, brother, Kenneth A. Westergaard III, & his grandparents, Kenneth A. Westergaard, Sr., Olive (Rusty) Mersh, & Charles & Shirley Booth.

Visitation will be Sunday evening, April 30, 2017, from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376.

Services will be Monday, May 1, 2017 at 10:00 am, Newcomer Funeral Home. Interment to follow at St. Charles Memorial Gardens.
