Andrew K. "Andy" Island, age 36, of O'Fallon, Missouri passed away on Thursday, July 6, 2017 in O Fallon, Missouri. He was born in St. Louis, Missouri on July 12, 1980 to Dennis and Carolyn Island (nee Wroblewski).
Andy was a member of the Laborer's Union Local 42, and loved music, floating, camping, animals, grilling, Frisbee golf and fishing.
Survivors include his Mother, Carolyn A. Island of O'Fallon, MO, Sisters, Erin Island of Chicago, IL, and Abby Island of O'Fallon, MO, a Grandmother, Kate Wroblewski of O'Fallon, MO, and his longtime companion, Shannon Johme of University City, MO.
He was preceded in death by his Father, Dennis K. Island and his Grandfather, Robert Wroblewski;
Graveside Service will be 2:00 pm Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at Calvary Cemetery (Section 33), 5239 West Florissant Ave., St. Louis, MO 63115.
