Shelby Lynn Harris, age 23, of Troy, Missouri passed away on Sunday, July 23, 2017 in Lake Saint Louis, Missouri. She was born in St. Louis, Missouri on April 8, 1994 to Todd and Tina Harris (nee Bennett). Shelby was a graduate of Troy Buchannan High School in Troy, had worked in the Wentzville School District as a Child Care Aide, and enjoyed fishing, crafts, and most of all being a Mother. Shelby was scheduled to start school at Midwestern Institute for Dental Assistants this Fall.

Shelby is survived by her parents, Todd and Tina Harris of Troy, MO, Her fiancé, Greg Dery of Troy, MO, daughters, Stevielynn and Chloe Lynn Dery, a sister, Breeanna Taylor Harris; grandparents William G. and Sandra Bennett of Hazelwood, MO; aunts and uncles: Tammy Harris, Donna Sparks, Teri Bennett, Christopher Bennett; many loving cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Steven Michael Bennett-Harris and grandparents, Sonny and Donna Harris; great-grandparents, Gertrude Mize, Marie Diecker - Grandma Honey.

Services will be 1:00 pm Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376. Visitation will be Monday from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home. Interment will be in St. Charles Memorial Gardens.
