Aldo Ferruccio Lanzara, age 85, of Saint Peters, Missouri fortified with the sacrament of Holy Mother Church on Thursday, August 10, 2017 in Bridgeton, Missouri. He was born in Rome, Italy, on July 3, 1932 to Umberto and Polissena Lanzara (nee Pomponi). Aldo was preceded in death by his first wife, Giovanna Lanzara (Caresia), on January 8, 1981. He and the former Donatella Tecchio were united in marriage on June 27, 1992 in Italy.
Aldo is survived by his Wife, Donatella of Saint Peters, MO; Sons, Marco (Stefania) Lanzara of Padova, Italy and Roberto Lanzara of St. Peters, MO; Daughters, Isabella Lanzara of Wentzville, MO, and Cristina Lanzara of St. Peters, MO; a Granddaughter, Adele Lanzara, and a Grandson, Giorgio Lanzara; Sisters, Laura (Antonio Capone) Lanzara and Fiorella (Roberto Carducci) Lanzara, both of Rome, Italy.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 am Friday, August 18,2017 at Saints Joachim and Ann Catholic Church, 4112 McClay Road, Saint Charles, MO 63304 under the direction of Newcomer Funeral Home, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, MO 63376. Entombment will be in Ste. Philippine Cimitiere, 4057 Towers Road, St. Charles, MO 63304.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Saints Joachim and Ann Care Service, 4112 McClay Road
