Richard James "Rick" Forrest, age 62, of Saint Louis, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 in St. Louis, Missouri. He was born in Maryland Heights, Missouri on October 1, 1954.

Rick was a Union Safety Supervisor with Hussmann's having been employed their for 27 years, and being a member of the local Steelworkers Union, and in his spare time enjoyed motorcycles and fishing. He was united in marriage to the former Karen Wolford on February 16, 1974 in St. Louis, MO.

Survivors include his Wife, Karen of Saint Louis, MO, two Son's, Richard (Jessica) Forrest, II of O'Fallon, MO and Timothy Loyd (Krista) Forrest, Sr. of Wentzville, MO; a Brother, Loyd Nelson Forrest of Florissant, MO and a Sister, Kimberly Forrest of Springfield, MO; four grandchildren, Monica, Britney, Tim, Jr. and Owen Forrest.

He was preceded in death by his Father, Loyd Forrest; Mother, Georgia Rose (Frank) Eagan; and a Brother, Mike Thorpe.

Funeral Services will be 11:00 am Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376. Visitation will be Tuesday, August 22, 2017, from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home. Interment will be in New Bethlehem Cemetery, 9650 Bellefontaine Rd., St. Louis, MO 63137.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
