The Lord called Leonard E. Franklyn, age 84, of Saint Peters, MO home peacefully on January 7, 2018 with his wife and daughter by his side.

Leonard is survived by his wife, Joan E. Franklyn; children, Leonard R. Franklyn, James J. (Phyllis) Franklyn and Susan J. (Craig) Wernert; grandchildren, James (Colleen) Turkal, Amanda Franklyn, Christopher Franklyn and step-grandchildren, Mitchell (Carmen Bustamante) Lysinger , Toby (Valerie) Wernert, Chad (Abby) Head; great-grandchildren, Martin, Sara, Jalisa, Tatum, Teak and Sloan; brother, Fred (June) Franklyn and a host of other family members and friends.

Visitation will be on January 10, 2018 from 4:30pm-8:00pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions 837 Mid Rivers Mall Dr. St. Peters, MO 63376. Funeral Mass will held at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Cottleville on January 11, 2018 at 10am. Interment will follow mass at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery at 1:30pm.
