Joseph is survived by his wife: Sandra Minter of Saint Charles, MO, daughter: Jessica (Tom) Johnson, daughter: Kayla (Nathan Strode) Minter, five brothers: Jeff (Teri), Greg (Paula), Mike (Pam), Matt, Jeremy, five sisters: Monica Cantyne, Christina (Dan) Kelch, Kathleen (Wade) Winchester, Aimee (Tim) Laffleur, Bridget (John) Knudsen, brother-in-law: Kevin Adams. He will be forever remembered and loved by his many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister: Julie Adams.
Joe was a dedicated husband and father who loved being with his family. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time at the farm. He was always there to help family and friends.
A memorial gathering and celebration of life will be held from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm on August 8, 2018 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376. Memorial donations may be made to the Wounded Warriors Project, PO Box 758517 Topeka, Kansas 66675.
