Richard is survived by his wife Faith of fifteen years, daughters: Linda (Steven) Vickery, Sheila (Robert) Minnix, son-in-law Richard Buehler, his brother Charles (Mayovah) Seng, five grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren, many nieces, other family members and numerous friends. He was preceded in death by his daughter Diane Buehler in 1984.
Richard served in the U.S. navy (UDT), in WWII. After the war, he worked for Ozark Airlines and retired from McDonnell-Douglas (Boeing). He and his brother owned their own business for a while, “Seng Exterminating”.
Richard was an avid hunter and fisherman. Later on in life Richard discovered his love of woodworking. His number one passion though was his love for his family.
Visitation will be Thursday, January 10, 2019 from 4:00 ~ 8:00 PM at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals ~ Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Dr. St Peters, MO 63376. Memorial services will be Friday, January 11, 2019 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home with a committal service with Full Military Honors at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, 2900 Sheridan Rd, St Louis, MO 63125 at 1:30 PM.
