Cynthia “Cindy" Lynn Brown
October 25, 1969 – February 7, 2019
Born: St. Charles, Mo.
Died: St. Louis, Mo.
Cynthia “Cindy" Brown (Nee Payne) of Wentzville, Mo went home to her Lord, at the age of 49. Loving daughter of Jim and Shirley Payne; devoted mother of Seth and Owen Brown; cherished aunt of Jessica Davenport, Melissa LaHaine, Zachary and Nicholas Payne, loving great aunt to Ian Kinsey and Aiden Davenport, and loving sister and sister-in-law to LCDR (ret.) Jimmy and Carolyn Payne; as well as devoted number of friends.
Cindy was a member of Jubilee Church in Washington, Mo. Cindy was a warm hearted and kind person who loved her children dearly and was always willing to help others in need. She was a loving mother who enjoyed spending time with her friends and family. Cindy was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew or came in contact with her.
