Gary was a Carpenter at Cheltenham Construction Services and was in the Carpenters Union for many years.
He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing guitar, playing softball, and the Wright City Rage.
Gary is survived by his Mother, Lois Y Staffne, and Father, Gary Dean (Donna) Barton, Sr.,
His Children, Rebecca Lynn Barton, Taylor Mackenzie Barton, Logan Justus Smith-Barton, Payton Smith-Barton,
Fiance, Holly Elizabeth Bess, Step-Daughter, Kayla Billings, and Step-Son, Jacob Smith,
Granddaughters, Lillian Barton, Chloe Barton, and Islah M Barton,
Sister, Angie M Barton, Step-Brothers, Steven M Powers, and Gregory S Powers,
Gary will be dearly missed by a host of other family members and friends.
In Lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations can be made to Gary Barton's Family.
Per the family's wishes, Gary will be cremated and his Visitation will be from 4:00 pm until 7:30 pm on Wednesday April 10, 2019.
Memorial Ceremony and military honors will be at 7:30 pm Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at St. Louis Chapel, Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376.
