Gregory Thomas Grose, age 44, of Saint Charles, Missouri, passed away on Friday, April 12, 2019 in St. Charles, Missouri. He was born in St. Louis, Missouri, on November 5, 1974, to Terry and Vickie Grose (nee Pickett).

Greg was disabled and rendered a paraplegic after a car accident in 1995 and overcame adversity and his disability to become the NPC Wheelchair Bodybuilding National Champion in 2005.

Greg is survived by his parents, Terry and Vickie Grose of Saint Charles, MO; sisters, Tracy Lynn Souers (nee Grose) and her husband Jerome, and Katey Jean Marie Redell (nee Grose); a niece Gracie Redell and a nephew Ryan Redell; his grandmother Emma Frances Polivick; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Houston and Jeanne Grose, and maternal grandfather Noah Polivick.

Visitation will be from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm Saturday, April 20, 2019, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376, with a memorial service starting at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate memorial donations made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Gary Sinise Foundation.

Greg was dearly loved and will be dearly missed by all of his friends and family, who will always remember him for his strength, both physical and mental, and for his fierce love of his family and friends.
