Cher Daly, age 68, of O'Fallon, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, October 22, 2019. She was born in Crawford, Missouri on May 26, 1951 to John and Goldie Helms (nee Calahan).
She loved to spend time with her children and grand-children.

Cher is survived by her Son, Michael J Helms, Daughter, Heather Garcia, Son, Shawn Daly, Brothers, Roger (Selina) Helms, Larry Helms, Jerry (Cathy) Helms, Eugene (Jackie) Helms, Donnie Helms, Sister, Sharlann (David) Gaddy, Brother, Chris Helms, Step-Siblings Bill Smith, Jeanette Massey, and Darla Vance. Grandchildren, Michael Helms, Haley, Logan Daly, Luke Daly, Gabriel Garcia, Megan Daly, Macy Daly, Nicholas Taylor, and Missy Taylor whom she had a close friendship with and considered her like a daughter. She will also be dearly missed by a host of other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her Father, John Helms; Mother, Goldie Helms; Husband, Joseph A. Daly II; Brother, Gary (Shirley) Helms; Son, Joseph Daly, III; and Grandchild, Jacob Helms.

Visitation will be held from 10 am until 12 pm at Newcomer Chapel on October 29, 2019.
Services will be held at 12 pm at Newcomer Chapel on October 29, 2019.
Interment will be held at Mt. Zion Cemetery in O'Fallon, MO at 1:30 pm on October29, 2019.
