She was born in Independence, Missouri on November 5, 1937 to Herman and Mary Bunten (nee Crane).
Marie loved to spend time with her family, they were very dear to her.
Marie is survived by her Daughters Joy Whitman, and Debbie (Joe) Rogers, Son, Raymond (Debbie) Whitman, Grandson, Nicholas (Diana) Whitman, Granddaughter, Crystal (Dennis) Stevens, Grandson, Jeremy Whitman, Granddaughter, Kimberly (Jerimy) Eaker, Granddaughter, Jamie (Brandon) Blechle, Grandson, Jesse (Tori) Whitman, Grandson, James Whitman, Granddaughter, Olivia Whitman, Granddaughter, Jessica Rogers, Granddaughter, Jacqueline Rogers, Grandson, Joseph Rogers, Jr., Great-Grandson, Dustin Whitman, Great-Grandson, Aiden Whitman, Great-Granddaughter, Ella Whitman, Great-Grandson, Easton Blechle, Great-Grandson, Wyatt Blechle, Great-Granddaughter, Savannah Blechle, Great-Grandson, Noah Blechle, Great-Grandson, Dylan Eaker, Great-Granddaughter, Brianna Eaker, Great-Grandson, Jace Stevens, Great-Grandson, Lucas Whitman and she will be dearly missed a host of other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her Husband, Lacy Whitman, Sr.; Father, Herman Bunten; Mother, Mary Bunten; and her two Sons, Lacy (Connie) Whitman Jr., and Joseph Whitman.
