She was born in St. Louis, Missouri on July 29, 1953 to Leo and Elsie Brown.
Leota was an avid St. Louis Blues fan.
Leota is survived by her Son, Randy (Shannon) Davis, Granddaughters , Brittany Davis, and Sierra Davis, Friends, Gary (Chris) Newman and she will be dearly missed by a host of other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her Father, Leo Brown; Mother, Elsie Brown; and Sister, Lucile Distler.
