Tyler is survived by his Parents, Richard D. and Jennifer Phelps. Sisters, Marissa P. and Shaelyn Phelps. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles, cousins and many, many friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John L. and Patricia A. Borah and William D. and Wanda Y. Phelps.
The family will receive friends at St. Louis Chapel, Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376, on Saturday, June 20, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. A funeral ceremony will be conducted at 12:30 p.m. following the visitation. Due to a restricted number of guests that may congregate in the chapel, the service will be limited to family and close friends.
