Angela Platt, age 67, of Saint Charles, Missouri passed away on Sunday, July 12, 2020.

She was born in St. Louis, Missouri on July 1, 1953 to August and Wilhelmina Pfitzer (nee Haukap).

Angela had a love of nature and a passion for gardening. She worked as a professional Horticulturist for over 25 years at the Saint Charles Parks department with a degree in Horticulture from Meramec. She was happiest when spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren. She had a passion for the visual arts and had many collections of her favorite things. Her sense of style and her talent for decorating and gardening will be greatly missed.

Angela is survived by her mother, Wilhelmina Pfitzer; her daughters, Jennifer (Robert) Haas and Theresa Halsey; her son, William Stevens; two sisters, Patricia (James) Brewer and Cynthia Lugger; two brothers Kenneth (Carole) Pfitzer and Jeffrey (Ginger) Pfitzer; her grandchildren, Tristin Haas, Emerson Halsey, Mikel Haas and Gracelynn Halsey; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She will be dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents Roscoe and Erma Pfitzer and Frank and Elizabeth Haukap; eight aunts and uncles; her father, August (Gus) Pfitzer; brother, Marc Pfitzer and niece, Haley Pfitzer.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm with a memorial service starting at 5:00 pm on Saturday July 25, 2020 at Newcomer Funeral Home in St. Peters.
