In Memory Of
Johnathan Hodecker
1986 - 2020
Johnathan was a sweet soul who had a smile for everyone he met. He was a sociable person who easily made friends. He had many talents including being a natural athlete and excelled at baseball, football, hockey and golf in his youth. He was also an artist and expressed his love for his family and friends with one of a kind drawings for special occasions and frequently gave handmade birthday cards to his mother and grandmothers. He was also good with his hands and had a knack for fixing and building things. He loved children and all children were naturally drawn to him. A kid at heart, Johnathan never tired of playing with his kids or nieces and nephews. He possessed remarkable patience. Though he faced his share of hardships in his life he remained cheerful and met obstacles head-on. He never held grudges, gossiped or spoke unkindly about anyone, remaining affable and easygoing throughout his life. He loved his mom and the two were not only parent and child, but friends who helped and supported each other always. We are all connected and part of the tapestry of life and he was part of us. We are blessed with his memories and thank God for the time he was here with us. He was a special person who will be forever held in the hearts of the many who love him deeply. You are home with God now Johnathan, but we will miss you always our little bean!
