Michael A. "Mickey" Korte, age 70, of Saint Charles, Missouri passed away on Monday, June 28, 2021. He was born in Saint Louis, Missouri on September 10, 1950 to Wilbert and Chloe Korte (nee Adams).

Michael retired from BJC in 2013. He enjoyed spending time with family, spending time on computers, and working outdoors. He was always there to help family when needed.

Michael is survived by his wife, Debra A. Korte; his son, Robert A. (Stacey) Korte; his granddaughters, Callie E. Korte and Kayla R. Korte; and his brother-in-law, Tim C. Leahey. He will be dearly missed by many other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilbert A. and Chloe L. Korte; and his sisters, Linda M. Leahey and Cheryl A. Eimer.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, St Peters Chapel, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376. A funeral service will take place at 11:00 am on Thursday, July 8, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, and Receptions in Saint Peters. Interment will follow at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
