Roxanne Marie Hulsey-Adams, age 31, of Saint Charles, Missouri passed away on Sunday, June 18, 2017 in Saint Louis, Missouri. Roxanne was born in Yuma Arizona on May 23, 1986 to Donald and Stephanie Hulsey (nee Davis), where she spent her childhood traveling during her father’s 20-year military carrier.

Roxanne was a 2004 graduate of Francis Howell North. Roxanne was very passionate about animal rescue, baking, crafting, antique shopping, trout fishing and being outdoors. Roxie was employed at True Manufacturing as a Barista.

On October 15, 2016, Roxie and Richie said their wedding vows in a private ceremony in Washington, MO. surrounded by close family and friends.

Roxanne is survived by her Husband, Richard A. Adams of Saint Charles, MO; their fur babies Eva and Reme; parents, Stephanie and Don Hulsey, Jr. of Saint Charles, MO; dear brother, Donald R. Hulsey III of St. Charles, MO; and grandparents, Charles and Helga Cotner of St. Charles, MO; Don and Selma Hulsey, Sr. of Warrenton; mother and father-in-law, Jona and Richard Adams of O'Fallon, MO; sister-in-law and husband, Jessica and Gregory Gaeng, and their children Hailey and Gregory II, of St. Peters, MO; grandmother and grandfather-in-law, Helen and Richard Adams, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Memorial Service from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 pm. Prayer service immediately following on Saturday, June 24, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri.

In lieu of flowers, Roxanne's would have wanted monetary donations or supplies given to Five Acres Animal Shelter, Saint Charles, MO 63303. Or you can bring items listed on their website to the funeral home and we will deliver them personally in Roxanne’s memory.
