He was born in Fort Bragg, North Carolina on May 31, 1932 to Charles and Minnie Wonsewitz (nee Corey).
Charles was a member of the VFW, he also was a Proud Marine and Korean War Veteran who was awarded the Purple Heart.
Charles is survived by his Wife, Donna Wonsewitz, Son, James (Sandra) Wonsewitz, and Daughters, Pam Heuer, Cathy (Ron) Geimer,and Lori (James) Dillick, He also was a loving Grandfather and Great-Grandfather and will be dearly missed a host of other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his Father, Charles J Wonsewitz, Sr.; Mother, Minnie Wonsewitz; and three Sisters, Roberta Howery, Shirley Cox-Scarlet, and Sandra Wonsewitz; and Son-In-Law, Tom Heuer.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm till 8:00 pm on Tuesday July 9, 2019.
Mass will be 10:00 am Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seaton Catholic Church
