Betty J. Burns, age 67, of O'Fallon, Missouri passed away on Monday, January 6, 2020. She was born in Saint Louis, Missouri on October 30, 1952 to Edward and Imogene Meyers (nee Farmer).

Betty was married to Patrick Burns for 36 years. They enjoyed spending most of their time together, whether it was at work, home or relaxing. She always cherished the time she got to spend with her family and friends. Anyone who knew her, knew she had a love for chocolate. Betty was an animal lover, especially her cats.

Betty is survived by her husband, Patrick Burns; children, Trent (Ginny) Burns, and Tamara (Stephen) Cole; grandchildren, Patrick Burns, Kassey Rogers, Logan Wilcox, Paige Wilcox, Hailey Cole, Chloe Cole, Alec Fiala, and Kyle Burns; and sister, Linda (Shawn) Peronto. She will be greatly missed by many other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Edward Meyers; mother, Imogene Meyers; brother, Edward Meyers; and son, Ryan Burns.

Visitation will be from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376 (636-875-1200).

Memorial contributions in Betty's name may be made out to the Alzheimer's Association, 9370 Olive Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63132.
