He was born in St. Louis, Missouri on April 15, 1952 to Lee and Monica McNorton (nee Kamp).
Neil was a member of the Freedom Cruisers Motorcycle Club, Bikers Against Child Abuse Motorcycle Club and a member of the Morning Star Church.
Neil was an United States Marine and from 1971-1974 and belonged to the 82nd Airbourne.
He enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson Street Glide and loved his two dogs Missy and Ana Belle.
Neil is survived by his, Brother, Steven L. (Jody) McNorton, and Special Friend, Michele L Pidgeon, he will also be dearly missed by a host of other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his Father, Lee W McNorton; Mother, Monica C McNorton; and Brother, Gary M McNorton.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm on Monday July 20, 2020 at Newcomer Funeral Home.
Funeral procession with the Patriot Guard escorting Neil W McNorton to Jefferson Barracks St Louis, MO with a 2:00pm service following with military honors.
Masks are required and a safe 6ft distancing is strongly suggested at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
