In Memory Of
Kimberly Ann "Kimmy" Roberts
1966 - 2020

Kimberly Ann Roberts, age 54, of Wentzville, Missouri passed away on Thursday, August 27, 2020. She was born in Saint Louis, Missouri on January 7, 1966 to Joseph and Gerry Pagano (nee Heymann).

“Kimmy”, as her immediate family knows her, lived a very normal midwestern early childhood life. Born in St Louis MO, in the 1970’s and 80’s Kimmy grew up in the suburbs of St Charles Missouri. Kimmy was a bright, kind, loving and strong-willed person who had a heart of gold. Kimmy was highly protective over her siblings, family, and friends. Her early tenacity and toughness prepared her for the long-term medical struggles she endured the second half of her life. Kimmy graduated from Francis Howell Highschool in 1985 and entered the workforce immediately post-graduation. Kimmy became a very independent person who worked extremely hard as she started her adult working life. In late 1987, Kimmy found herself struck fighting a rare kidney disease that aggressively attacked her kidney’s and forced her into early kidney failure. In early 1988, her father, Joseph W Pagano Sr., selflessly donated his healthy kidney which ultimately gave her a new chance at life that lasted 32 years until her recent death. In 1990, Kimmy met someone special and subsequently married. Her family relocated to Atlanta, GA in 1991. Kimmy was extremely happy then and proud of her new family, children and life. When in Atlanta, Kimmy worked for Thermal Industries and expanded into a Sales Supervisor position. Eventually, because of family and medical complications, Kimmy relocated back home to St Charles MO in 2005 to be close to her kidney doctors. For next fifteen years, Kimmy fought fearlessly to sustain and extend her life never complaining. Through her faith, determination, resiliency and strength, she lived the remainder of her life. She will be forever missed by her family, friends and loved ones. They are all very proud of who she was and will forever be to them, now and forever!

Kimmy is survived by her father, Joseph (Gerry) Pagano Sr.; her step daughters, Kelly Roberts, and Mandy (Keith) Rife, her grandchildren, Trey Roberts, Brayden Roberts, Bailey Rife, Alexandria Rife, and Emily Rife; her siblings, Margie (Michael Vantassel) Pagano, and Joseph (Michelle) Pagano Jr.; her brother-in-law, Patrick Helvey; her nieces and nephews, Michael Helvey, Danny Helvey, Dominic Pagano, Sophia Pagano, Leo Pagano, Victoria Brown, Olivia Vantassel, Aubrey Vantassel, and Braxton Vantassel; and her great-nephew, Dash Brown. She will be dearly missed by many other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Lisa Helvey.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm on Thursday, September 3, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376 (636-875-1200). Interment will be private.
