Mercedes Dickerson, age 90, of Saint Louis, Missouri passed away on Monday, October 5, 2020.
She was born in St. Louis, Missouri on January 26, 1930 to Lino and Josephine Candelario (nee Carratera).
Mercedes was a person who was very devoted to her faith and family which included 2 sons, 9 grandchildren and many other family members. She was also a big classic movie fan, and very active at her Life Christian Church for many years.

Mercedes is survived by her Son, Richard Dickerson, Brother, Lino Candelario, Brother, Raymond Candelario, Granddaughter, Samantha (Randy) Laggart, Grandson, Zachary Sosa, Granddaughter, Rachel Sosa, Granddaughter, Rebecca Sosa, Grandson, Christian Sosa, Granddaughter, Madeline Sosa, Grandson, David Sosa, Granddaughter, Jentami (Earl) Thuet, Grandson, Tony Sosa, Great-Grandson, Benjamin Thuet, Great-Granddaughter, Emma Thuet, Great-Granddaughter, Elizabeth Sosa, Great-Grandson, Jack Sosa, Great-Grandson, Tyler Sosa, Great-Granddaughter, Kylie Sosa and she will be dearly missed by a host of other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her Son, Daniel (Laural) Sosa; Father, Lino Candelario; and Mother, Josephine Candelario.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm on Monday October 12, 2020 at Newcomer Funeral Home.
Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 pm Monday, October 12, 2020 at Laurel Hill Memorial Gardens Cemetery at
2000 Pennsylvania Ave, St. Louis, MO 63133.
