In Memory Of
John Sudheimer
1965 - 2020

John Sudheimer of O'Fallon, Mo was called home to his heavenly father on September 24, 2020 at the age of 54 years young. Born November 12, 1965 in St.Charles, MO where he was also raised.

Devoted father to Sonya Lampley, Leslie Westfall (Brandon), Rebecca, extended by Amanda Baker. Legendary Papa to Nevaeh, Deon, Serenity, Jeremiah, Trey, and extended by six other grandchildren. Dear brother to Donald Sudheimer (Amelia), Catherine Sudheimer, Carol Mayer (David) and Sharon Stevens. He leaves behind several nieces and nephews. John is laid at rest with parents Dorothy and Henry Sudheimer, two brothers James (Jim) Sudheimer, Gerard (Jerry) Sudheimer, along with granddaughter Angel Westfall .

John mastered the skills of carpentry work, music, and guitar at a young age. What he could build with his hands amazed the people that knew him, he left behind pieces of his work in many houses. He was always the winner every year at the Family Gingerbread house contests. As talented musicians John and brother Jerry played music in their band (Trade Winds) for different audiences to enjoy, and many family bonfires. If you knew John he consider you family, not a friend. What will be missed the most is his big bear hugs, forehead kisses, his big palm rested upon your forehead, firm hand shakes, and his sweet gentle voice. The presence of him we will miss the most is his long pony tail that had to be just right, leather vest, cowboy boots, and white carpenter pants.

John was the helper to those in need, he was the helper every community needed. John was one of the most geniune, hardworking, and most loving family man you would have ever met. John dedicated his life speaking and walking in the faith of the lord.

We find comfort in knowing that he is with our savior and loved ones that have passed. We know we will see him again someday waiting to greet us at Heavens Gates with his guitar in hand. How amazing heaven will look now with him there to help build. As heavy as our hearts are just know he would say "I'm already there" and "See ya, love ya, bye - Peace".
