Elvin Ralph Davis Jr., age 71, of Saint Charles, Missouri passed away on Monday, November 9, 2020. He was born in Sikeston, Missouri on July 17, 1949 to Elvin and Margaret Davis (nee Masterson).

Elvin was a lifelong resident of Missouri. He was a devoted public servant. Elvin served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He worked and retired from the Internal Revenue Service. After retirement, he created the Davis Tax Foundation, which provides free tax services to low income families. Elvin was a beloved father and grandfather.

Elvin is survived by his daughter, Christie (Steven) Estrada; his son, Noah C. (Khanh) Davis; his 7 grandchildren; his 5 great-grandchildren; his sister, Janet L. (Harry) Dury; and his step-mother, Beulah Davis. He will be missed by many other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Elvin Ralph Davis Sr.; and his mother, Margaret Mary Davis;

A private graveside service with military honors will take place at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
