In Memory Of
Wayne Willey
1931 - 2021

Wayne Willey, age 90, of St. Louis, Missouri passed away on Monday, June 15, 2021. He was born in Paragould, Arkansas on January 18, 1931 to Ross and Vinnia Willey (nee Chamberlain).

Wayne was a devoted father, grandfather & great grandfather. He was an energetic guy who had a hard time staying in one place for too long and started his day with a cup of coffee and a sweet treat. He loved listening to good music like classic country & 1950s rock n roll and enjoyed playing pool, gambling & socializing with friends at the casino. When it was time to relax, he sat down with an old John Wayne movie, another cup of coffee & some cookies. He was as easy going as they get and was known to say "Don't sweat the small stuff".

Wayne is survived by his daughters, Sharon L. (Joseph M.) Bagwell and Carol A. (Richard) Grossman; his grandchildren, John Grossman, Jennifer (Tom) Chrzanowski, Ryan (Elaine) Bagwell and Tara (Jake) West; his great-grandchildren, Hailey Tesson, Shelby Bagwell, Layla Tesson, Brady Johnson, Shay Stuckey and Karleigh West; and his sister-in-law, Linda Willey. He will be dearly missed by many other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth M. Willey; his son, David W. Willey; two brothers, Randall (Louise) Willey and Charles Willey; his sister, Ruby Willey; and his parents, Ross and Vinnia Willey;

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm with a funeral service to follow at 6:00 pm, both on Sunday, June 27, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, St Peters Chapel, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376.

Memorial contributions in Wayne's name may be made out to the Alzheimer's Association, 9370 Olive Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63132.
