He was born in St. Louis, Missouri on November 9, 1986 to Frank and Linda Tocco (nee Seider).
Joseph was a great cook and a devoted and loving caregiver to his father, and he sacrificed his social life to care for his father.
He was also a loving compassionate person whose love was unconditional.
Joseph was a big flirt and a ladies man, he loved music, and he loved to make everyone laugh.
He loved all of his family and his faith in God was very strong.
Joseph is survived by his Mother, Linda Dianne Tocco, Brother, Butch W. Tocco, Sister, Grace T (Anthony) Matney, Sister, Mary M (Gary) Areno, Sister, Linda D (Jason) Youtzy, Brother, Peter F Tocco, Sister, Gina M Tocco, Brother, Francis J Tocco, Sister, Teresa C (Randy) Ruiz, Sister, Virginia C Tocco, Brother, Michael M (Amanda) Tocco, Brother, John J (Sarah) Tocco, Uncle of 31, Great-Uncle of 7, and he will be dearly missed by a host of other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his Father, Frank Jerome Tocco.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Monday, July 12, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations and Funerals.
Mass will be held at 10:00 am Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at St. Ferdinand Catholic Church in Florissant.
Interment at Sacred Heart Cemetery.
