Andrea was known for her good sense of humor, which endeared her to family and friends alike. Above all, she treasured spending time with her grandchildren, finding immense joy in their company.

Andrea is survived by a close and loving family. She leaves behind her daughter, Sherrie Lee (Jason) Amelong; two sons, Steve Oshia, married to Rhiannan Oshia, and David Rickey Kopp, married to Kim Curtis; as well as two step-daughters, Melissa Kopp and Katy Jokerst, married to Josh. Her legacy continues through her six grandchildren: Savana E. Oshia and her husband Andrey, Brandon Oshia, Alyssa Oshia, Ashley Oshia, Josh Kopp, and Dakoda Pierce. She was also blessed with three great-grandchildren: Oliver Oshia, Damien Oshia, and Solene Oshia. Andrea’s family circle includes her sister, Sylvia Stover, alongside numerous other family members and friends who hold her memory dear.

Andrea was preceded in death by her mother, Lucille M. Burton; her father, James E. Burton; her son, Andrew J. Kopp; two brothers, Charles Burton and Steve Burton ; and sister, Irene Putnam. Their memories remain a vital part of her story and the foundation of the family she so lovingly nurtured.

Andrea Burton Kopp’s life was marked by her inventive spirit, her warmth, and her unwavering commitment to those she loved. Her memory will be honored and cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
