Annette Jo Brunkhorst

It is with deep love and sadness that we announce the passing of our beautiful wife, mother, Nana, sister, aunt, and friend, Annette Jo Brunkhorst, who went to be with the Lord on September 2, 2025, at the age of 87.

Born on October 17, 1937 in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Annette lived a life full of kindness, generosity, and devotion to her family. In 1957 she married the love of her life, Lloyd, and together they built a home that was always open — filled with warmth, the best homecooked meals, and unconditional love.

Annette had a gift for decorating, gardening, and bringing beauty to everything she touched. Beyond her many talents, she will be remembered most for how she made others feel — deeply loved, cared for, and always welcome.

She is survived by her husband, Lloyd and their three children: Gregory, Rhonda, and Neal. Her family, including her 8 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren were her greatest joy.

We will have a small, private family service where she will be laid to rest at St. Paul’s Cemetery, Des Peres, Missouri. We hope to have a celebration of life with friends and family at a later date. In lieu of flowers we request that donations be made to St. Paul’s Family Ministry in her honor.

Her love will forever live in the hearts of all who knew her and we are at peace knowing she is now with her Beautiful Savior.
