Antoinette Marie Lutostanski

Antoinette Marie Lutostanski, affectionately known as Netta, passed away peacefully at home on June 1st, 2025 surrounded by her children and family. Born on December 9th, 1960, in St. Louis, Missouri, she lived a full life never apologizing for being her genuine self.

Netta had a fulfilling career within electronics manufacturing as a program manager where she was known for her incredible business acumen and as a sought-after mentor in her field.

Netta lived her life on her own terms, never afraid to speak her mind or stand up for what she believed in. Her fierce independence was matched only by her boundless and intense love for her family and friends. Netta had a unique ability to make everyone feel special regardless of the situation, and above all else made it clear that you were loved.

Netta’s passions were as varied as her talents. Whether she was hiking a trail, hosting her family for gatherings and meals, or sharing stories from her adventurous life while holding a glass of wine, she did everything with enthusiasm and dedication. Her home was always open, a warm and welcoming place for gatherings or just to stop by and talk, no matter the reason for the visit, it would always be filled with love and laughter.

She is survived by her loving family, including her children Jeremy (Luciano) Shafer, Jessica (Ryan) Alberter, her grandson Dexter Alberter, sisters Angela (Rodney) Miller, Annie Lutostanski, Maryann (Kevin) Empson, brothers Louis (Nicki) Lutostanski, and John (Kathlene) Lutostanski who will continue to honor her memory by living life with the same courage and compassion she exemplified every day.

Antoinette Lutostanski was a beacon of strength and love, and her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376. A Memorial Mass will be held next day on Saturday, June 14th at 10:00 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church - 1355 Motherhead Road, Cottleville, Missouri 63304.
