Betty L. Bailey, age 91, of St. Peters, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, November 7, 2023. She was born in Leachville, Arkansas on July 6, 1932 to David and Julia Frew (nee Neeley).
Betty enjoyed working in her yard, gardening, and tending to her flowers. She loved to spend time caring for her family and cooking family meals.
Betty is survived by her son, James N. (Penny) Bailey; her grandchildren, Merri Bailey, David (Danielle) Bailey, Jennifer Stallings; and Robert David; her great-grandchildren, Owen Bailey, Autumn Bailey, Haley Stallings, Savannah David, Brooks Bailey, and Penelope Bailey; and her great-great grandchild, Leo King; She will be dearly missed by many other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Bailey; two infant sons; her parents, David and Julia Frew; her brothers, Billis (Francis) Frew, Jimmy (Toddy) Frew; and her sister, Wanda (Hershel) Smart.
A burial service will take place on Friday, December 8 at 2:00 pm at Crittenden Memorial Park in West Memphis, Arkansas.
