Beverly Jo Cook, born on December 18, 1943, in the embrace of a loving family, passed away on November 17, 2025, leaving behind a legacy rich in faith, love, and cherished connections.
Beverly's life was a testament to her unwavering faith, which served as the cornerstone of her existence. Her commitment to her church and her love for her church family profoundly shaped her life journey. She found joy and purpose in nurturing her spiritual life, spending meaningful moments with fellow congregants, and embracing the supportive community that surrounded her.
Family was paramount to Beverly. She is survived by her devoted husband, Ray Cook, who stood by her side through life's many seasons. Together, they built a family filled with love and laughter. Beverly's legacy continues through her two sons, Guy (Tammy) Fehr and David (Autumn) Cook, her beloved daughter, Lisa Anderkin, and the twelve grandchildren who brought her immeasurable joy: Guy Fehr, Jr., Jason Fehr, Ryan (Sheyla) Lewis, Tracy (Caleb) Lewis, Mark Lewis, Richard Johnston, April Johnston, Brittany Frazier, Andrea (Tony) Brooksher, Gabriel Cook, Jenelle (John) Lautemschlager, and Michelle Kovath. Additionally, she was blessed with twenty great-grandchildren who filled her life with happiness and wonder.
Beverly was preceded in death by her parents, Carl Jackson and Irene Jackson. Her nurturing spirit and compassionate heart fostered a strong bond among family members and friends, and she leaves behind a host of loved ones who will carry her memory forward.
The essence of Beverly Jo Cook remains vibrant in the hearts of all who knew her, as she demonstrated the power of faith, love, and connection in every aspect of her life. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.
Visitation will be held at First Freewill Baptist Church - 814 S Woodlawn Ave, O'Fallon, MO 63366 - on Friday, November 28, 2025 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm with the Funeral Service to follow at 12:00 pm.
