Hale, Bradley G., 83, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 12, 2026. Beloved husband of Cynthia J. Buchholz for 35 years. Cherished father of Jonah Hale and thought of him like a son Corey (Kelly Kress) Kazarian; dear father-in-law to Kris (Mike) Williamson. Dearest grandfather of Brittaney Shaner, Kalie (Jacob Cooper) Hale, Grace (Chris Birely) Hale, Jess Hale, and Audrey Williamson. Brad held deep affection for his great-grandchildren: Bryce, Isabella, Avery, Jesse, Gianna, and Mia. Dear son of the late Fred and Aleen (nee Gilbert) Hale and step-son of the late Louise Hale (nee Marsh). Dear brother of the late Douglas and Randy Hale; step-brother of Don (Wanda) Turnure. Dear brother-in-law of Kathleen (the late James) Buchholz, Thomas (Jennifer) Buchholz, Ruth Ann (the late Tom) Buchholz-Smith and Donald (Sharon) Buchholz. Dear uncle, great-uncle, great-great uncle, cousin, and friend to many.
A veteran of the U.S. Air Force (1961–1965). Brad was the proud owner of Peacock Antiques and a dedicated real estate broker/agent for many years. Throughout his career, he worked with Gundaker and ReMax before eventually opening his own firm, Brad Hale Real Estate. Beyond his professional life, Brad was a passionate automobile enthusiast who saw cars as a true testament to craftsmanship and freedom. An avid hiker and a lifelong St. Louis Cardinals fan, he found his greatest joy in the beauty of nature and the excitement of the game.
Services: Visitation Thursday, May 21, 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions West County Chapel, 2211 Clarkson Rd., Chesterfield, MO. Funeral service Friday, May 22, 11:00 am at the same location. Interment private at National Cemetery (Jefferson Barracks). Memorial donations may be made in Bradley’s memory to the Shaw Nature Reserve or charity of your choice. A BUCHHOLZ Mortuary Service.
