Candice Joy Mandele, age 73, of O Fallon, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 in O Fallon, Missouri. She was born in Chicago, Illinois on September 9, 1949 to Charles and Clara Rudolph (nee Wandling).
Candice retired as a Paralegal from TIAA-CREF in 2020. She was married to William "Bill" Mandele for 35 years.
Candice is survived by her , Daughter, Wendy J. (Dave) Horton of Warrenton, MO; Son, Brian (Teena) Mandele of Sugar Grove, IL; Three Granddaughters, Ashley (Raul Tovar) Horton, Chelsea (Schandler) Rogers, Ava Mandele; Two Grandsons, Eric Horton, Brandon Mandele; Three Great-Granddaughters, Ava Tovar, Sophia Tovar, Athena Tovar; Three Half-sisters, Rebecca Richardson-Lueras, Jennifer Taylor, Nancy Smith; and a host of other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her Husband, William "Bill" Mandele; Father, Charles E. Rudolph; Mother, Clara Rudolph.
