Carol Ann Browning, age 85, of Saint Peters, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, November 7, 2023. She was born in Saint Louis, Missouri on July 31, 1938 to Harry and Florence Martin (nee Piel).
Carol was a registrar at the Hazelwood School District for 35+ years. She was married to Leonard Browning for 65 years.
Carol enjoyed bowling, gambling, cruises, traveling, and most of all spending time with her family.
Carol is survived by her husband, Leonard E. Browning Sr.; her sons, Leonard E. (Linda) Browning Jr., Kelly E. (Valerie) Browning, Christopher J. Browning; her daughter, Teri A. Browning; her grandchildren, Nicole (Michael) Hendricks, Anthony (Leslie) Browning, Jacob Browning, Tyler Bateman, David Hayes, Angela (Mark) Bernstein, Amanda Bono; her great-grandchildren, Luke Bernstein, Jenna Bernstein, Brooke Bernstein, Madison Pittman, Mason Hendricks, Margaux Browning, Adelaide Browning, David "DJ" Hayes, Jr.; her brother, Harry (Elaine) Martin; and her sister, Mary Dwyer. She will be dearly missed by many other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Florence Martin; and her brothers, Thomas (Irene) Martin, and Bart (Carolyn) Martin, James Martin.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376. A funeral ceremony will take place at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376. Burial will follow at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. A celebration of life/reception will take place after the burial on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at 4:00 pm at Pfem Hall & Banquet Center, 115 Mcmenamy Rd, Saint Peters, MO 63376.
