Carol Ann Krews (nee Trone), age 78, of Dardenne Prairie, Missouri passed away on Saturday, November 4, 2023 in Creve Coeur, Missouri. She was born in Quincy, Illinois on September 16, 1945 to Carl and Doris Trone (nee Ferguson).
Carol is survived by her beloved daughter, Christine (Keith) Drew; loving granddaughter, Audrey Drew; and other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Carl A. Trone; mother, Doris Pauline Trone; and brother, Carl Trone.
After returning to school to earn her Master's Degree, Carol went on to retire from the State of Missouri as a licensed clinical social worker after many years of service. During her time at Delmar Gardens, Carol found joy in feeding and tending to the birds in their community garden. Nothing gave her as much happiness however, as time spent with her cherished granddaughter. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Carol's honor to the American Heart Association.
