Carol Marie Mollison

Carol Marie Mollison, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away on August 29, 2025, at the age of 84. Born on December 12, 1940, Carol dedicated her life to her family and all those around her. She is remembered for her warm and loving nature, as well as her passion for classic movies, which she cherished sharing with her loved ones.

Carol is survived by her devoted husband, Donald R. Mollison; her caring daughter, Catherine M. (Steve) Barnett; and her son, Donald C.(Marianne) Mollison. She took immense joy in her role as a grandmother to four grandchildren: Gretchen (Ben) Roberts, Rachel (Andy) Moffett, Gregory (Shelby) Barnett, and Jeffrey Barnett. Carol was also blessed with seven great-grandchildren, Wyatt Roberts, Chase Roberts, Ruby Roberts, Forest Roberts, Quinn Moffett, Casey Moffett, and Ava Barnett, who brought her endless joy and laughter.

She was preceded in death by her grandchild, Curtis Barnett. Carol’s legacy lives on through her family and the many friends who were touched by her kindness and compassion.

A visitation will be held in her honor on September 3, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at St. Gianna Catholic Church, located at 450 East Hwy N, Wentzville, MO. The funeral service will follow the visitation, beginning at 10:00 AM, with a graveside service to take place at Our Lady Cemetery & Mausoleum, 8701 Orf Rd, Lake St Louis, MO, starting at 11:15 AM. Luncheon to follow at Piazza Messina,  5535 State Rte N, Cottleville, MO 63304.

Carol Marie Mollison will be deeply missed, yet warmly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
