Cecil is survived by his sister, Sandra Brackman; step-daughter, Trisha Portell; step-son, Bobby Greber; as well as three nieces, Dawn (Stas) Pietrucha, Rhonda Roeper, and Sara (Greg) Beville-Luebrecht. He is also remembered fondly by a host of other family members and friends who had the pleasure of sharing in his life.
He was preceded in death by his father, Cecil Warren, Jr.; mother, Patsy R. Burke; and nephew, Jason Beville. The loss of these family members weighs heavily on those who remain, yet their memories bring comfort and solace.
Cecil had a vibrant spirit that flourished in his hobbies. He found joy in playing golf, where he often enjoyed the camaraderie of fellow golfers. Additionally, fishing brought him peace and tranquility, allowing him to connect with nature and reflect on life.
