Cheryl was the beloved mother of Jason (Kathy) Starr and Denita Starr. Her nurturing spirit extended to her grandchildren, Abigial Medlin, Kera Starr, Landon Lewis, Kacy Starr, and Andrea Lewis, each of whom brought her great joy and pride. Cheryl’s deep connections to her family were further enriched by her cherished relationships with her sister Sharon (Tom) Rudebeck, her brother George (Carissa) Plunk, her nieces Julia Rudebeck, McKenzie Plunk, Makayla Plunk, Maranda Plunk, and her nephew Eli Rudebeck.

Cheryl’s life was also shaped by the memory of her late parents, George Plunk Sr and Marvene Plunk, whose influences remained a guiding force throughout her journey.
