Dave Chilese

Dave Chilese, born on October 25, 1962, passed away on June 21, 2025. He was a husband, father, brother, and friend who touched the lives of many throughout the years.

Dave was an amazing father and husband. He was his family's whole world. Dave always loved coming home to his dogs. He always had a lot of knowledge to share. He was an avid hunter, fisher and gardener. He had a passion for woodworking, holiday decorating, and pumpkin carving. He was a hell of a gift wrapper. He was a good sport when it came to family traditions. He had the best sense of humor and always enjoyed a good prank.

Dave was the hardest worker. Dave was always the first to offer a helping hand to anyone that needed it. He dedicated 26 years working for the City of Saint Charles and made many lifelong friends along the way. 

Dave is survived by his wife, Stacey Chilese; his children, Jamie Chilese, Megan Chilese, and David Chilese; his honorary son, Joseph Boyle; his sisters, Teresa Marie Bryant, Cynthia Lynn (William) Westervelt-Wallis, and Regina R. (Melody) Chilese; his brother, Daniel L. (Leslie) Chilese; his sister-in-law, Jennifer (Jim) Willen; and his mother-in-law, Sandra Reed; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, August Louis Chilese, Jr., and his mother, Virginia Elenore Chilese.

A visitation will be held on June 28, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, followed by a funeral service at 3:00 pm all at Newcomer Funeral Home, St. Peters, located at 837 Mid Rivers Mall Dr, St Peters, MO 63376, United States.

Dave will be remembered for his kindness, devotion to family, and the joy he brought into the lives of those around him. His presence will be greatly missed.
