Listen to Obituary

Dellee Tabor, born on January 18, 1951, peacefully passed away on April 22, 2026. She was a cherished soul whose presence touched the lives of many. Throughout her years, Dellee embraced the simple joys of life with a compassionate heart and a gentle spirit.

Dellee found deep contentment in the outdoors, especially when camping by the river where the calm waters mirrored her serene nature. She had a remarkable talent for sewing and quilt-making, crafting each piece with patience and care that reflected her creative soul. The beach was another place she loved, often spending time there, soaking in the beauty of the waves and the horizon, a testament to her love for nature's tranquility.

She was a beloved wife to Brian Tabor, who stood by her side through the years. Her family was her pride and joy; she is survived by her son Daniel Hobbs and his wife April, her step-son Derek Tabor and his wife Tricia. Dellee’s warmth extended also to her two sisters, Mimi Comfort and her husband Mark, and Gini Stratton and her husband Stacey. Together with a host of other family members and friends, they will carry forward her memory and the love she so generously gave.

Dellee was preceded in death by her devoted parents, John Gammon and Marian Lee, whose legacy she honored throughout her life.

The legacy of Dellee Tabor is one of heartfelt kindness, creative spirit, and an enduring love for family and nature. Her memory will remain a blessing and a source of inspiration to all who knew her.
