Denise Smith

Denise Smith, passed away peacefully on April 2, 2026. Born on July 28, 1955, Denise dedicated much of her life to caring for others, both in her professional career and within her beloved family.

Denise's kindness was evident to all who knew her. She was known for her compassionate heart and her unwavering willingness to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Throughout her life, she embraced the role of caregiver, tending not only to her patients but also lovingly supporting her family. Her talents extended to knitting and quilting, skills she generously shared by creating beautiful handmade quilts for her grandchildren, which will be treasured for years to come.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert McCulloch; her mother, LaVerne McCulloch (nee Linderer); and her brother, Daniel McCulloch. Denise is survived by her children, Jared Smith and Amanda Smith; her grandchildren, Nathaniel Smith, Dylan Smith, Shane Smith, Trestany Smith, and Ava Smith; and many other family members and friends who will continue to honor her memory.

Denise Smith's legacy of kindness, dedication, and love remains a beacon for her family and community. Her gentle spirit and warm presence will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all whose lives she touched.
