Listen to Obituary

Edna Lee Robedeau, affectionately known as Eddie, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, went to Heaven on May 29, 2026. Born November 04, 1938, in St. Louis, MO, she lived a life marked by her dedication to raising her children as a single parent, who was hard working and believed there wasn’t anything you couldn’t do if you put your mind to it.

Eddie was known for her sassy and loving personality. She had a generous heart, always wanting to help wherever she could. She cherished the outdoors, passionately enjoying camping and fishing with her late husband Frank of 35 years. Gardening and bird watching were among her favorite pastimes. Eddie also loved to sing; she was a member of the St. Peters Choral Society back in the 1980s along with her mother, Mary Hurley. You could occasionally catch her singing her favorite songs when no one was around.

Her family was the joy in her life. If there was something going on, she wanted to be part of it. Eddie is survived by her brother, Ron Moore; 4 children- Lora Russom (husband Todd), Cyndi Lantrip (fiancé Ed Sutton), David Terry (wife Brenda) and Shawn Preston (husband Doug); 34 grandchildren and 33 great grandchildren. She is preceded by in death by her husband Frank; father, Roy J. Moore; mother, Mary M. Hurley and sister, Mary Lynne Franz.
