Baptized into the hope of Christ’s resurrection Monday, December 2, 2024, surrounded by her devoted family.

Beloved wife of John, cherished mother of Timothy (Jaime), Michael (Jenny), and Johanna (John); much loved daughter of the late Patricia and William Simon, Sr.; dear sister of William (Peggie), Patricia, Mary Ann, Theresa (Philip), and the late Mark Simon; adored grandmother of Brenna (Brian) Lohmann, Gage Prose-Malan, Ella and Harper Prose, Oliver and Josephine White; precious great-grandmother of Aurelia and Cyan Lohmann. A special thanks to her treasured niece, Anna Simon. Loving aunt, great-aunt, sister-in-law, cousin and friend. Eileen shined with a brave and noble spirit.
