George Winkeler, of Saint Charles, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2021. He was born in Breeze, IL , on August 3, 1942 to George and Rose Winkeler (nee Wilken).
He was married to Harriet Winkeler for 28 years, they met at a bowling alley, one of his passions.
George is survived by his wife, Harriet Winkeler (Rohrbach) , children, Kim Winkeler, Valerie (Jeff) Lucchesi, Joel (Claire) Winkeler, Russell (Donna) Losing, William (Tina) Losing; sister, Mary Lou Beibel; 12 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren and a host of other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents George and Rose Winkeler; two Sons, William Schuh, Johnny Schuh.
A Celebration of his Life will be held 1:00 pm Sunday, May 30, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376. There will be a military honor guard presentation at 2:00pm followed by a sharing of memories and stories by his family and friends.
