Glen Michael Marquitz II, born on July 31, 1991, in St. Louis, Missouri, passed away on June 13, 2025. He was a loving son, a devoted father, and a cherished friend who left an indelible mark on all who had the fortune to know him.
Glen was known for his sweet and gentle nature, traits that endeared him to many. He was deeply committed to his family, and they will remember him fondly for the joy and warmth he brought into their lives. Glen relished the simple pleasures in life, often found outdoors where he enjoyed camping, hunting, and fishing. The memories of fun-filled family camping trips are a testament to the love and laughter that surrounded him.
The bond he shared with his two sons, Michael and Landen, brought him immense pride, and he often spoke of them with glowing admiration. Glen's love for grilling and sharing good food with friends further underscored his affectionate spirit. He cherished the moments spent with those he loved, whether it was a relaxing day in nature or a lively gathering around the grill.
In Glen's life, the connections he built were invaluable. He is survived by his mother, Marie Marquitz, his sons, Michael and Landen Marquitz, his brother, Kyle Marquitz, and his dear friend Amy Roberson, the mother of his children. He is also survived by his aunts, Donna Marquitz, Chris Payne, and Michelle Utz, and uncles, Jason Marquitz, William Marquitz, Steve Payne, and Paul Adams. Each of them carries a piece of Glen’s loving heart with them, and they will forever hold onto the beautiful memories they created together.
He is preceded in death by his father, Glen Michael Marquitz I.
Glen Michael Marquitz II will be missed dearly, but the love he shared and the memories he created will endure through the lives he touched. His spirit will remain present in the hearts of his family and friends, a gentle reminder of a life filled with love, adventure, and unforgettable moments.
